Work
Things we've built
We opened in November 2026. Until we have client work we're allowed to show, here are two demo sites for made-up businesses and a tool we use every day. All three are live.
Bakery website
A three-page site for Hearth & Crumb, a made-up neighborhood bakery: a home page, a menu with prices, and a page with hours and directions.
- Plain HTML and CSS, so pages load almost instantly
- Easy to read on a phone, where most visitors look up hours
- Hosted free on Cloudflare, with no monthly bill
This is what our $180 Small site package looks like.
Dog grooming site with Google Sheet booking
A site for Sudsy Paws, a made-up dog groomer. Customers pick a service, a day and a time, and send a booking request.
- Each request is saved as a new row in a Google Sheet
- A Google Apps Script emails the owner about each one
- Runs free in the owner's own Google account, with no Zapier or Make fees
- A hidden spam trap, and a clear message if anything fails
This is what our $350 Full site package looks like. The form really works: please only send made-up details.

Case study: an AI lead monitor for our own inbox
New buyers write to us through Fiverr, and Fiverr emails us about each message. Scam messages are common on Fiverr, mixed in with real questions. We wanted to hear about real leads quickly, without reading every email the moment it lands.
What it does
- Forwards every email first, before anything else, so nothing is ever lost, even if a later step fails.
- Checks the sender is real. Only emails that pass the email security checks for Fiverr's domain are sorted. A faked sender can't trigger an alert.
- Simple rules catch obvious scams: asking to move to WhatsApp or Telegram, asking for payment outside Fiverr, crypto, or shortened links.
- AI sorts the rest. Google's Gemini reads the buyer's message and answers lead, maybe or scam, with a one-line reason and a suggested reply.
- We get an alert for each lead, and decide what to send. The suggested reply is a draft. We read it, change it, and send it ourselves.
Why it's built this way
- Rules first, so obvious cases never reach the AI
- If Gemini is down or out of free quota, the message becomes a "maybe" and we still hear about it
- A suggested reply that would share contact details is thrown out and replaced
- Runs free on Cloudflare, with no server to look after
- Only the buyer's message goes to Gemini, never our own details
Honest status: it went live in November 2026, and it's still being tuned as real messages arrive. The same approach works for a contact form or a shared inbox: sort what comes in, flag what matters, draft a reply, and let a person decide.
